this place is so cute me and my dad came here the food was quick and good i willed definitely come again!!

The burgers were good , fries also. Good old fashioned burger. Decently friendly owner. Literally an oldie establishment that caters to the ones that have been coming for year. I would go back , because there isnt much around that isn't a chain. I like to support small business

So we got food Togo, my boyfriend had Ben wanting to try this place for awhile. Food is cheap. I think it would've been really good if it was fresh and hot but it tasted like it had been siting for a long time. I would've only done three stars because of that but the egg rolls were freaking amazing and I will definitely go back for those. Burgers had a good flavor but like I said it seemed like it had been sitting. Onion rings too were homemade but a bit soggy from sitting. We picked it up when they said it would be ready too. This place just looks like a little fast food place on the side of the road. Nothing fancy but we will definitely be back for the egg rolls. I think it was the owner too that helped my boyfriend he was extremely kind and hospitable

This was my 2nd time ordering from Red Top & it was just as good as i remember. We ordered to-go & the food was delicious. Mr. Lee was really nice when i spoke with him on the phone to place my order. My husband & son said he had our food ready for pick up when they arrived. When i visited the 1st time, the place was very warm & inviting. It's not a very big menu, but all looked good. Can't wait to go back & try more.

Mr. Lee is always on his A game taking care of customers, getting orders in and making you laugh. Delicious burgers every time. You can call ahead and pick up in the drive thru which is super convenient.

For the better part of 3 decades this place has been part of our lives. I raised my boys here. And Little League sports of various kinds often ended the day by getting a burger at the Red Top. To this day we stop by every once in a while and get a burger, and it is always good. If you've never been there, I encourage you to go. You won't be disappointed. They still make one of the best burgers in Friendswood.

Imperial egg rolls and the corn dog are my favorites. Mr. Lee's unique personality make the place special.

What an outstanding joint! I've had this bookmarked for quite some time and finally went for a Saturday lunch. As other reviewers say, this is old school. I love, love, love the piece-mealed menu! First, this place is a dive -- in a good way. It's clean. Dated. And comfy in a bygone era sort of way. There's enough Linoleum in this joint to float the Battleship Texas. Love it! (My guess is this was a DQ way back when, because the layout is almost identical to the circa late-60s and early-mid-70s DQs.) The fountain drinks here are served with that old school crunchy ice (similar to Sonic). The burgers here are wonderful, with nary a drop of grease. The fries on my visit were crinkle cut, which are my favorite. And the Imperial Egg Rolls deserve major kudos, as they are crispy and flavorful. Interestingly, I've eaten at a number of pho places, and I don't remember their egg rolls leaving such a positive impression. Fact is, the menu here is huge, and I intend to come back and try everything. The owner, who works the counter, also works the room with his genuinely funny humor. Can't wait until next Saturday!
